| 1. Why error messages
occurred during registration session? Error messages occurred due to three improper inputs: duplicated ID, duplicated Email, and invalid Email address. Duplicated ID means the ID you want to register is already used by another user, to avoid duplication, please click “Check ID”. Duplicated Email address means the Email is used by someone else and you have to input another Email address to validate your member account.. Invalid Email address means you input an improper email address, proper format is likely to be ***@***.com (net,org, etc). Please ensure all information you provide is in English, including punctuation. Any information that is not recognized as English will be highlighted in red, indicating that it must be corrected. 2. Why I am asked to input verification code? Verification codes are used to prevent hostile action by some soft wares; it is created automatically to provide security for both you and us. 3. What if I have no fax number? If you do not have a fax number, simply copy your telephone area code in the fax area code box, and then enter "N/A" in the fax number box. 4. Why can't I find suppliers' email address? We do not display our members' email address on the site. This minimizes the risks of members to receive spam and viruses. So, to send your message, simply click "Inquire Now" or "Send Message" and the message will be sent directly to the receiver. Or, qualified member can browse any email address after the log in session. 5. What if I forget my password? If you forget your password, please choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps: 1. Click the "Forgotten Password?" link below the Sign in box at Member Lounge window 2. Enter your Member ID and click "Next." 3. Enter either your registered email address or answer the 'Password Question' you submitted during your initial registration. 4. Check your registered email address. Then click the URL you received and submit your new password. 5. Can I change or cancel my Member ID? For security reasons, each Alibaba.com account is exclusive to an individual Member ID. Generally, you cannot change your Member ID without Sinopart assistance. Please contact Sinopart.com to change your Member ID if you insist to do so. 6. How to attach a photo to a product? You can add a picture to a product by uploading it directly from your computer. Please note that all photos should be in JPEG or GIF format and the size should not exceed 200K. 7. Why I can’t find products after posting them? Most probably, the approval process has not been completed. All products need to be approved by Sinopart.com service team before publication. The approval will be done within 24 hours from the submission. 8. How can I ensure that my inquiry has been sent successfully? In the Message Center of Member Lounge you can check the messages you have sent by viewing your "Sent Box" |
